The aims and objectives of the association are as follows:
- a. To enlighten the members of the association greatly on issues of good hygiene, honesty, fear of God, probity, hardworking ness, love for the members and non members, good citizenship, patriotism and good practice of Traditional medicine
- b.The effective and unbiased propagation of the words of God and good ethics and good moral values and social norms.
- c. To be supporting and encouraging the Federal, State and Local Governments and Town Council and village Council Governments in Nigeria in the social, political and economic development of Nigeria and in the effective Health Care System in Nigeria and in promoting greater discipline, adherence to the rule of law and the supremacy of the Nigerian Constitution and meaningful peace and security in Nigeria.
- d. The settlement of all types of conflicts and disputes and animosities among the members and within non members provided the non members who have disputes bring their complaints to the members of this association early enough.
- e. To see about the welfare and convenience of the members and their families at all times.
- f. To engage in economic and investment and commercial ventures such as trading, small scale industry, agriculture, transport etc.
- g. To help the members at the time of need such as during ill health, misfortune, disaster or any other calamity or catastrophe that might befall a member by donating money and relief materials to such members.
- In the furtherance of the aims and objectives if this association with regard of good relationship with the different levels of Government in Nigeria this association should establish a committee to be called Governmental Affairs Committee.
- In the promotion of the aims and objectives of this association towards helping the members in excelling in the profession of Traditional Medicine Practice and in the enhancement of the social, political and economic development of Nigeria the members of this association can give certificates for Traditional Medicine Practice to hard working and reputable members as well as certificates of Honour, Merit and Award to the members of the Association and members of the association who have excelled in certain fields of human endeavour and for good character. In this respect the Certificates of Honour, Merit and Award can be accompanied with gifts like books, artifices and traditional objects, fowls and money and other objects.
